Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel; experience with ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing employees within an area of responsibility on various processes.
• Assign work and instruct operators on techniques, quality, safety, and housekeeping.
• Ensure material/tools/fixtures availability for production.
• Monitor flow of work to maintain on-time completion and audit quality.
• Support supervisor in evaluating team member performance.
