Motorola Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor for our Salt Lake City facility. You will lead electronics technicians across shifts, ensure quality and schedule adherence, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

This on-site role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, US citizenship or permanent residency, and travel to LA for initial training. Competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Ability to work 100% on-site.
• Willingness to travel to Los Angeles for training in the initial months.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise day-to-day electronics manufacturing operations and ensure output targets.
• Monitor work-in-progress, material flow, and finished goods to maintain throughput.
• Mitigate material issues by collaborating with Scheduling on the production plan.
• Escalate critical output and quality risks to the Operations Manager.
• Track KPIs: performance, output, quality yields, and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with Ops Manager to schedule tests and floor expansion.
• Partner with Quality and Engineering to enforce procedures and ISO 9001 prep.
• Maintain production records and report status and corrective actions.
• Oversee interviewing and hiring to build a capable team.
