ADTRAN is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to support daily manufacturing operations in our electronics production environment. This on-floor role is a key resource, working with Operations Supervisors and team members to drive operational excellence, improve efficiency, maintain quality standards, and sustain a safe, productive work environment.

You will coordinate workflow, prioritize resources, monitor performance metrics such as cycle times and OEE, and lead continuous improvement

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years in electronics manufacturing.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency with SAP or ERP systems.
• Knowledge of SPC and data reporting.
• Familiar with test processes and automated inventories.
• Strong organization, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to operate a manual pallet jack.

Mansioni

• Lead daily production priorities with Supervisors.
• Allocate resources to complete work orders efficiently.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and coaching for production staff.
• Improve throughput and reduce defects.
• Monitor cycle times, line utilization, productivity and OEE.
• Identify downtime causes and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ensure safety and compliance with SOPs.
• Maintain production records and reporting.
