Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains effective manufacturing and engineering processes.
• Oversees design and plan layout of the manufacturing/engineering process.
• Provides supervision to subordinates to aid in daily problem solving.
• Guides Engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques.
• Oversees arrangement of machines within plant facilities for optimal layout.
• Ensures all engineering work is documented and compliant with company policies.
