AMETEK STC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the DRX product line, ensuring safe, high-quality and cost-effective production. You will supervise production leads, assembly operators, and planners while partnering with quality, engineering, and supply chain.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage budgets, staffing, and regulatory compliance, and report to the Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Operations Management, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field preferred; equivalent leadership experience may be considered.
• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
• Experience leading hourly employees and cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing safety, quality, production performance, budgets, staffing, and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity goals.
• Review operational metrics and reports to identify trends, root causes, risks, and corrective actions.
• Monitor production schedules, labor utilization, material availability, equipment performance, and shipment commitments.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to production, safety, quality, training, corrective actions, and compliance.
• Ensure all employees follow company safety policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and housekeeping standards.
• Develop, coach, and hold employees accountable for performance, attendance, training, work standards, and professional conduct.
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, employee engagement, customer focus, and operational excellence.
• Support inventory accuracy, material flow, cycle counting, receiving, shipping, and warehouse organization.
• Coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime and resolve equipment issues.
• Partner with quality, engineering, supply chain, customer service, finance, and sales teams to resolve issues and support customer requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve throughput, strengthen quality, and increase operational efficiency.
• Participate in budgeting, staffing plans, capital planning, cost control, and resource allocation.
