Qualifications

• Bachelora0 degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related technical discipline preferred.
• 12 years of practical working experience within the electronics industry.
• Proficient in using laboratory diagnostic tools, specifically oscilloscopes and multimeters, to perform hardware failure analysis.
• Strong ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams, with understanding of electronic design principles.
• Solid understanding of computer and server architectures; able to use Linux command-line tools for system and board-level failure detection/analysis.
• Practical knowledge of the PCBA manufacturing process, including hands-on soldering.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication for documenting reports and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assists in capacity and resource planning for production lines within schedule and budget.
• Analyzes workforce utilization, space and tooling needs; designs equipment layouts for efficiency.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to determine manufacturing capabilities and schedules.
• Uses lean tools to improve material and information flow in the factory.
• Estimates production times, staffing, and related costs for management decisions.
• Evaluates proposed designs and processes for manufacturability.
