Job summary

LPU Batangas offers an internship in Electronics Operations where you will support product engineering, develop standard work, and assist in lean cell conversion and SPC implementation. You will help design manufacturing cells and work with operators and quality inspectors on the shop floor.

Ideal candidates are undergraduates pursuing engineering, with strong MS Office skills and CAD experience. Hands-on use of manufacturing tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an engineering degree.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• CAD experience preferred; hands-on use of manufacturing tools beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of product engineering within Electronics Operations, including continuous improvement and new product development.
• Develop Standard Work packages and assist in lean cell conversion and statistical process control implementation.
• Design manufacturing cells.
• Assist in solving manufacturing problems, investigating process failures, and implementing corrective actions.
• Implement Lean methodologies such as standard work, point of use tooling, material presentation, and process improvements.
• Interface with production personnel including operators, quality inspectors, and shop floor supervisors.
