Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Manufacturing/Process Engineer to develop and implement manufacturing processes for circuit card assemblies (CCAs) and electronic assemblies, using SMT and TH technology. You will monitor process quality and efficiency to drive improvements and ensure high yields, low costs, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include designing processes, creating operator work instructions, tooling, soldering profiles, and maintaining BOMs, with a focus on IPC-610/J-STD-001 Class 3

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in electronics manufacturing or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret customer docs and quality requirements.
• Experience with IPC-610/J-STD-001 Class 3 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret customer documentation, quality requirements and Engineering Changes.
• Design and develop processes to meet product and customer requirements.
• Create operator work instructions for automated and manual processes.
