Job summary

ALL is seeking an Electronic Maintenance Tech II at Camp Lejeune, NC, to maintain, repair and troubleshoot a range of electronic training systems for USMC operations. The role requires the ability to work independently, handle inspections, and generate maintenance reports for leadership.

The position offers full-time hours with shift support and a pay rate of $29.77/hour plus $5.09/hour hazardous duty/other pay, reflecting the demanding environment at a military installation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, supplemented by appropriate trade school training.
• 3+ years experience in electronics, electronic security systems, electricity or similar activity.
• Thorough understanding of USMC standards used in maintenance actions.
• Technical ability to troubleshoot failures to component level.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, repairs, troubleshoots, modifies and installs electronic equipment and related devices.
• Applies knowledge of electronics to identify malfunctions and repair equipment.
• Implements quality control and reporting procedures.
• Restores equipment operation and evaluates system performance.
• Documents maintenance actions in the Management Information System.
• Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on training systems and components.
• Completes maintenance records, logbooks, and inventories.
• Proficient with current and future simulation software/hardware.
• Provides usage and maintenance reports to Site Lead/Program Manager.
