Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–6 months of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic data entry and computer skills.
• Ability to read and follow English instructions and safety documentation.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability to interpret performance graphs.

Responsibilities

• Read job specifications and set up machines accordingly.
• Operate production equipment with emphasis on quality and efficiency.
• Use computer programs to access and follow assembly instructions.
• Monitor machines to detect defects or malfunctions and correct or route as needed.
