Job summary

Milwaukee Electronics is seeking an Assembler II for a 3-night swing shift (Thursday–Saturday, 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM) in Canby, Oregon. You will assemble PCBs and box-build electronics, perform hand soldering, and inspect/test assemblies to IPC standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in electronics manufacturing or assembly.
• Hands-on soldering experience.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions in English.
• Basic computer/data entry skills; ability to pass a soldering assessment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble PCBs and box-build electronic assemblies.
• Perform hand soldering (lead & lead-free).
• Inspect assemblies visually and functionally per IPC criteria.
• Test completed assemblies and document results.
• Follow work instructions, drawings, and process travelers.
• Meet productivity and quality expectations; participate in Lean initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; attend reliably.
