Job summary

Hydrogen Group is seeking an Electronics Lab Technician to support reliability and manufacturing testing of electrical hardware, including Level 3+ ADAS, telematics, infotainment, battery management, and zonal ECUs. This hands-on role works closely with engineering leads to conduct tests, review data, build first articles, and troubleshoot hardware issues in a fast-paced lab environment.

You will operate and calibrate test equipment, document results, and help validate EVT, DVT, and PVT testing

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent in electronics testing.
• 5+ years building automated test equipment (ATE) or industrial automation.
• Experience soldering and circuit-board rework.
• Proficient with lab tools and documenting test results.

Responsibilities

• Operate test equipment and UI during hardware bring-up.
• Calibrate and set up thermal and vibration chambers.
• Troubleshoot, root-cause, and document failures.
• Review and report test data to engineering leads.
• Build first articles and redline schematics.
• Understand EVT, DVT, and PVT processes and tester validation.
