Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is recruiting for an Electronics Lab Technician in Palo Alto, CA. You will join a team responsible for reliability and manufacturing testing of electronic hardware including ECUs, ADAS, and related systems.

The role involves building automated test solutions, analyzing data, and supporting calibration and troubleshooting. Ideal candidates have a technical electronics background, 5+ years in automation or ATE environments, and the ability to read schematics and data sheets.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or relevant electronics testing experience.
• Able to read electrical schematics and manufacturers' data sheets.
• 5+ years building automated test equipment or industrial automation systems.
• Experience with soldering and circuit board rework.
• Experience with electrical testing using lab instruments.
• Proficient with Microsoft and Google productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate software interfaces to exercise test equipment during hardware bring-up.
• Validate systems functionality using oscilloscope, power analyzer, power supply and DMM.
• Own calibration and mechanical setup of thermal and vibration chambers.
• Troubleshoot, root cause, and document DUT and harness failures.
• Perform circuit board modifications including soldering and rework.
• Support commissioning of new systems.
