Techable is seeking an Electronics Inventory & Ecommerce Processing Specialist in Arlington Heights to process incoming electronics, keep inventory records accurate, and prepare devices for listing.

This on-site, full-time role sits between our warehouse and ecommerce channels. You will verify models, capture listing-quality photos, enter details into inventory systems, and help fulfill orders to keep online listings in sync with on-hand stock.

Responsabilités

• Receive, unpack, and stage incoming electronics.
• Verify device model, specifications, and condition.
• Take clear listing-quality photographs.
• Enter accurate details into inventory and listing systems.
• Assist with pricing decisions using established guidelines.
• Maintain organized shelving, bins, and staging areas.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately.
• Reconcile inventory counts and flag discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the technician team on devices needing further inspection.
