Job summary

PayMore Stores is expanding its eCommerce team in Town of Florida, NY. The role focuses on listing devices on eBay and Shopify, researching pricing, and maintaining top-rated customer service. You’ll test devices, write listings, and ensure accurate pricing based on market trends.

The position requires 5+ years on eBay, 2+ years with Shopify, strong electronics knowledge, fast typing, and a professional, punctual demeanor. In-person work with a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience selling on the eBay.com platform (creating listings, shipping, customer service, referencing pricing, and more)
• 2+ years of Shopify experience (creating products, navigating Shopify)
• Have extensive consumer electronic experience, knowledge and love (gaming, smartphones, tablets, laptops)
• Ability to identify, test, and data clear devices such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, gaming systems and more
• Must Be able to type quickly and accurately
• Typing/general aptitude test may be required
• Have a strong worth ethic, with a team player and “get it done” attitude
• Attention to detail, takes pride in their work
• Have a professional demeanor, be punctual

Responsibilities

• Testing, wiping and cleaning electronic devices for sale (smartphones, tablets, laptops, game systems, video games, miscellaneous devices)
• Searching online listings for device selling points, pricing, and trends
• Searching for product information
• Generating eCommerce listings: item titles, descriptions, categories, price setting, based off previous research
• Promptly and professionally answering customer service via eCommerce emails, messaging
• Maintaining eCommerce accounts to the highest top-rated standards

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
