Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Geek Squad Installation Helper to accompany a seasoned team on in-home delivery, installation, repair and haul-away of electronics. You’ll support the crew by assisting with integration and networking focused on consumer electronics.

You’ll advise customers on product placement, work solo or with a partner, and handle inventory, vehicle upkeep, paperwork and payments. Benefits and growth opportunities are highlighted throughout the role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds alone or 150 pounds with a team.
• Willingness to perform home delivery, installation and haul-away tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivery, installation, repair and haul-away of electronic devices at customers' homes.
• Advise customers on product placement and recommendations for products and services.
• Work independently or with a two-person team to support the installation process.
• Manage inventory and coordinate vehicle maintenance with other agents.
• Process paperwork and payments for services rendered.
