Job summary

SRCTec, LLC is seeking a temporary Associate Electronics Hardware Technician on 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) in Syracuse, NY. You will assemble, disassemble, and rework electronic warfare and radar system sub-assemblies while following established procedures and processes.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of related experience and can work with basic hand tools, torque tools, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years related experience preferred.
• Must be able to follow documented assembly instructions and processes.
• Experience with basic hand/power tools and calibrated torque tools.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; capable of basic computer tasks.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, disassemble, and rework basic electronic and mechanical assemblies.
• Adhere to assembly procedures and production processes.
• Utilize hand and power tools; maintain calibrated torque tools.
• Document discrepancies and rework actions accurately.
• Participate in inventory and pack-out operations for shipping.
• Support masking and demasking operations for conformal coating.
