GE Vernova Electronics Hardware Engineer role focuses on designing and validating power electronics hardware and embedded systems across FPGA/MCU/DSP platforms. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience after graduation, focusing on power electronics or embedded systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and commission power and signal interface circuits and PCBs for controllers and instrumentation in power conversion systems.
• Perform schematic capture and PCB layout for embedded and power electronics boards.
• Procure, fabricate, assemble electrical and mechanical components for engineering prototypes.
• Design test fixtures and instrumentation for evaluating electrical systems.
• Conduct signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI/EMC analysis for high-speed designs.
• Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and systems teams for hardware integration.
• Develop and implement test procedures and document performance characteristics.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems and maintain lab equipment and calibration.
