Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Failure Analysis Engineer to join a client in Fort Worth, TX. This is a full-time, 100% on site, direct hire position.

As a Failure Analysis Engineer, you will lead root cause analysis, develop preventive solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure customer satisfaction. The client is open to candidates of various experience levels with salary bands based on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EE, ME, or materials science; master's preferred.
• 3–5 years of failure analysis experience in electronics or semiconductors.
• Experience with SEM, EDX, XRF and reliability testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth failure analysis to identify root causes.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools to assess failures and prepare detailed reports.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing and quality teams on corrective actions.
• Establish robust failure analysis processes for reliable results.
• Present findings to stakeholders and document actions for future improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians in failure analysis best practices.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Stay current with industry trends in failure analysis.
