Job summary

Unison, a GE Aerospace company, is seeking an Electronics Engineer to support hardware focused on PCB-based RF and power electronics, including transformer and converter design, testing, and repair. The candidate should have 3–5 years of hands-on lab experience with strong documentation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities include reviewing layouts, developing test plans, analyzing power stages, and producing clear technical reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree + 3 years in PCB-based RF or power electronics, or HS diploma with 7 years in related area.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, PCB drawings, and transformer/magnetics documentation.
• Strong documentation and structured root cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and review PCB layouts with RF and power electronics circuits, including placement and grounding/shielding.
• Design and analyze power stages (converters, inverters, rectifiers, filters) and transformers to meet performance and thermal goals.
• Review schematics, fabrication drawings, and BOMs; propose manufacturability improvements.
