Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in electronics engineering with 3+ years in PCB RF or power electronics design, testing or repair.
• Alternately, 7+ years with a High School Diploma / GED in PCB RF or power electronics.
• Experience reading schematics and interpreting PCB layouts with attention to reliability.

Aufgaben

• PCB, RF, and Power Electronics Design Support for hardware.
• Review and improve PCB layouts, grounding and shielding practices.
• Design and analyze power stages and magnetics to meet thermal and efficiency targets.
• Review schematics, BOMs, and fabrication drawings for manufacturability.
• Develop and execute test plans; perform board- and system-level verification.
• Troubleshoot with oscilloscopes, spectrum/network analyzers; diagnose failures.
• Conduct structured root cause analysis and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Prepare technical reports, test procedures, and engineering change documentation.
• Communicate findings to engineering and non-engineering stakeholders.
