Remote and international collaboration are common. The role emphasizes a strong background in analog, RF, mixed-signal circuits, control, power, and signal processing, with a preference for a Bachelor's in engineering.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required (native or bilingual).
• 2+ years of industry experience in circuit or electronics engineering.
• Background in electrical/electronics engineering or related discipline.
• Strong command of circuit analysis and design tradeoffs; defend decisions.
• Ability to articulate why an answer is wrong, not just that it is.
• Comfort with AI tools or quick learner.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Design challenging, realistic engineering problems for AI evaluation.
• Run problems through frontier AI models and judge outputs against professional standards.
• Compare two model versions and determine which performed better and where.
• Critique model-generated derivations, schematics, component selections, and calculations with written rationale.
• Flag concrete failures with evidence: wrong assumptions, sign and unit errors, unphysical results, etc.
