Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Interest in designing electronic devices and hardware.
• Working knowledge of laboratory equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyzer).
• Understanding of schematic entry tools; Mentor Graphics a plus; familiarity with simulation tools (HyperLynx) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop new products and related documentation.
• Develop design simulations to validate new hardware.
• Create low-level applications for processor functionality.
• Produce hardware description documentation for firmware teams.
• Use CAD tools to enter schematics and design hardware.
• Debug hardware using standard lab tools.
• Assist in sustaining existing products by evaluating alternate components.
