Job summary

Akkodis is seeking an Electronic Debug Technician for a direct hire position in Huntsville, AL. The role requires a proven background in troubleshooting electronic assemblies and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver quality products.

Responsibilities include component-level debugging with tools like multimeters and oscilloscopes, using in-system programming tools for Altera, Lattice or Xilinx, and interpreting schematics and data sheets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience debugging electronic circuit card assemblies.
• Ability to interpret schematics, datasheets, and manuals.
• Understand how electronic components function.
• Proficient with basic software tools (MS Word & Excel).

Responsibilities

• Conduct component-level debugging and identify root causes.
• Utilize DMMs, oscilloscopes, and other test assets.
• Work with in-system programming tools for Altera, Lattice, or Xilinx.
• Review engineering documents and CAD files.
• Support manufacturing Engineering with defect feedback.
• Maintain daily WIP and comply with EHS guidelines.
• Debug copper or optical fiber networking products and PCBs.
