Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in supply management or engineering.
• Experience negotiating supplier agreements and driving cost-out initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for assigned electronics commodities.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage supplier agreements to incentivize innovation and cost reduction.
• Communicate market trends and emerging technologies to influence design and sourcing decisions.
• Identify alternate suppliers and materials to reduce cost and improve performance.
• Manage full lifecycle of sourcing projects: planning, bids, contracts, reporting.
• Develop long-term agreements to ensure quality, delivery, and total cost advantages.
