Qualifications

• Strong experience in contract negotiation and supplier agreement management.
• Procurement and sourcing in electronics controls and related components.
• Experience developing commodity strategies and supplier-led innovation programs.
• Proven record of delivering year-over-year cost savings and driving technology introduction.
• Ability to interpret total cost of ownership models.
• Collaborative team player with networking, influencing, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for assigned electronics commodities.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage supplier agreements to incentivize cost reduction and innovation.
• Communicate market trends and technologies to influence design and sourcing decisions.
• Identify alternative suppliers and materials to reduce cost and improve performance.
• Manage the full lifecycle of sourcing projects from planning to reporting.
• Support cross-functional teams in identifying cost-out opportunities during product lifecycle.
