Alto-Shaam in Wisconsin seeks a Commodity Manager - Electronics to lead global sourcing strategies, negotiate supplier agreements, and drive cost-out initiatives across PCB, controls, and related electronics.

You will manage supplier relationships, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and guide long-term agreements that balance quality, delivery, and total cost of ownership while supporting new product development and innovation.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in contract negotiation and supplier agreement management.
• Procurement and sourcing experience in electronics controls and PCB/boards.
• Experience developing commodity strategies and supplier-led innovation programs.
• Proven record of delivering year-over-year cost savings and technology introduction.
• Ability to interpret total cost of ownership models.
• Collaborative team player with networking, influencing, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for assigned electronics commodities.
• Lead contract negotiations, ensure terms incentivize cost reduction and innovation.
• Communicate market trends and technologies to influence design and sourcing.
• Identify alternative suppliers and materials to reduce cost and improve performance.
• Manage full lifecycle of sourcing projects from planning to reporting.
• Drive supplier performance using KPIs and conduct regular supplier reviews.
• Support NPD with early supplier involvement and technology roadmaps.
