The role collaborates with product engineers and internal partners, requires a Bachelor's in engineering and at least five years in automotive/test environments, and offers growth within a global powertrain leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience.
• Experience leading multiple projects.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 auditing.
• Experience with test cells and data acquisition.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and plan test engineering activities and staff.
• Ensure test deliverables meet quality and timing requirements.
• Support audits and compliance per IATF 16949.
• Collaborate with Product Engineers and internal partners.
• Drive testing efficiency and cost reduction initiatives.
• Mentor test engineers and develop capabilities.
