Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proven experience in purchasing or supply management roles.
• Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, supply chain management, and cost reduction techniques.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full purchasing cycle including requisition review, supplier selection, and purchase order issuance.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance of purchased goods.
• Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost‑saving opportunities and improve procurement processes.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier communications within ERP and MRP systems.
