Energetiq Technology Inc. in Wilmington, MA is seeking a Buyer II to join our supply chain team.

You will purchase production materials and electronic components, manage suppliers, and support manufacturing through efficient order execution and inventory control. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in purchasing within manufacturing, strong Excel skills, and the ability to collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Inventory Control to meet cost, quality, and delivery goals.

Formación

• 2+ years of purchasing, buying, planning, or procurement experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory management.
• Strong Excel and business software proficiency.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Procure production materials, electronic components, and indirect materials to support manufacturing requirements.
• Execute purchase orders and monitor supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery.
• Expedite open purchase orders and proactively resolve supply chain constraints.
• Collaborate with the Master Scheduler to support production build schedules.
• Review material requirements and demand signals to maintain continuity of supply.
• Investigate and resolve supplier delivery discrepancies, shortages, quality issues, and invoice-related concerns.
• Support engineering change orders (ECOs), new product introductions (NPI), and component transitions.
• Maintain accurate supplier, pricing, and lead-time information within the ERP system.
• Develop strong supplier relationships and assist with negotiations related to cost, lead time, and service improvements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory management, supplier performance, and procurement processes.
