Job summary

NEXT LEVEL STAFFING, LTD is seeking a skilled assembler who can read blueprints and work instructions to assemble electronic products. The role requires advanced soldering and crimping abilities, sharp attention to ruler measurements, and the capability to identify wire sizes for various production needs.

The candidate will handle kitting and bagging for shipment, operate hand and power tools, and perform in-process inspections to ensure quality.

Qualifications

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and instructions.
  • Advanced soldering and crimping skills required.
  • Ability to identify wire sizes for production.
  • Familiarity with crimping dies and bench top crimpers.
  • Experience with kitting and bagging for shipment.
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools per procedures.
  • Ability to inspect parts to quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Read, learn, and interpret blueprints and work instructions for assembly.
  • Interpret precise ruler measurements and tolerance notes.
  • Assemble or modify electronic equipment and wire harnesses.
  • Set up jobs and document production paperwork.
  • Inspect and test parts during and after assembly per guidelines.
  • Provide in-process inspection and support for others.
  • Comply with safety regulations and keep work area clean.
