Lutron Electronics Company, Inc. in Alburtis, PA is hiring Manufacturing Assemblers / Technical Assistants for the 2nd shift. This direct-hire role involves electronics assembly, cross-training across departments, and opportunities for growth within a high-tech manufacturing setting.

Starting at $20.00/hr with a 10% shift differential ($22/hr). Benefits include medical, dental & vision, 401K matching, bonuses, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• 2nd shift availability (3:30 p.m. to midnight)
• Basic math and computer skills required
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Ability to read and follow work instructions in English
• Ability for continuous learning
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Assemble custom products to meet customer needs
• Identify electronic components and hand-solder circuit boards
• Use inventory management system and enter materials transactions
• Perform light electrical and mechanical assembly
• Coordinate with supply chain and distribution to process orders
• Move materials using material handling equipment
• Rotate to other Lehigh Valley facilities as needed
