Job summary

Redwire Defense Tech is seeking an Electronics Technician in Huntsville, AL. Under moderate supervision, you will build assemblies within established timeframes and document specifications, ensuring all work and components meet quality standards.

The role supports others in the shop and across the company, verifying products meet functional requirements and completing calibration tasks. The position emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to process standards in a production

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
1+ years soldering and/or hand crimping experience.
Experience in a production setting.

Responsibilities

Manufactures and assembles cables and wire harnesses, by soldering wires into connectors and crimping terminals.
Tests and performs functional checks on completed assemblies.
Documents component progress through the shop and maintains traceability.
Uses production tools and equipment including soldering irons, wire cutters, and crimpers.
Performs in-process configuration, calibration, and verification on equipment.
Communicates with management and teammates to resolve challenges.
