Impact Staffing is hiring for an Electronics Assembler / Panel Wirer in Lawrenceville, GA. A well-established custom manufacturer seeks a candidate with solid electronics fundamentals and precision assembly skills to build and test complex electronic and electro-mechanical systems.

You will assemble devices from detailed schematics, mount SMT and through‑hole components onto PCBs, build electrical panels, and wire components according to IPC 610 standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in panel wiring and electronics assembly.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints and technical drawings.
• Hands-on soldering experience compliant with IPC 610 standards.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, calipers, ohmmeters, and other measurement devices accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic devices and systems by following detailed electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment to mount SMT and through-hole components onto PCBs.
• Build electrical panels and wire components according to IPC 610 standards.
• Interpret electrical schematics and blueprints for troubleshooting, assembly, and modification of electro-mechanical components.
• Test circuit integrity and functionality using ohmmeters and other electrical measurement tools.
• Identify capacitors, resistors, diodes, ICs, and other electronic components.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot assembly or wiring issues.
• Maintain an organized workspace and document assembly steps and inspection results.

A well-established custom manufacturer in Lawrenceville is hiring an Electronics Assembler / Panel Wirer to join their production team! The right candidate will bring solid electronics fundamentals and precision assembly skills to help build and test complex electronic and electro-mechanical systems.

Schedule: Mon-Thurs, 1st Shift, 10 hour days
$22-$28 per hour

What You'll Do

• Assemble electronic devices and systems by following detailed electrical schematics and blueprints
• Use hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment to mount SMT and through-hole components onto PCBs
• Build electrical panels and wire components according to IPC 610 standards
• Interpret electrical schematics and blueprints for troubleshooting, assembly, and modification of electro-mechanical components

What We're Looking For

• Working knowledge of basic electronic skills
• Strong knowledge of PCB fabrication, surface mount soldering, and electrical wiring techniques
• Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
• Hands-on soldering experience compliant with IPC 610 standards
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, calipers, ohmmeters, and other measurement devices accurately
• Minumum 2 years experience in panel wiring and electronics assembly
