Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an Electrical Assembler to build, wire, route, and test electrical control panels and harnesses in a production setting, strictly following schematics and diagrams. This is the first shift.

Applicants should have a High School diploma and about 1 year of experience; duties include soldering, testing with multimeters, and ensuring wiring quality before QA. Hourly pay ranges from $18 to $23, with full benefits and overtime opportunity.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in electrical assembly or related field.
• Entry level position suitable for candidates with HS diploma.
• Must read and follow electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Route, wire, point-to-point solder, and assemble electrical control panels and wire harnesses.
• Read and follow complex electrical schematics, wire lists, and layout diagrams.
• Strip, crimp, terminal-connect, and bundle wiring using specialized hand/power tools.
• Conduct preliminary continuity, voltage, and ground testing using multimeters.
• Identify and correct wiring errors or defective electrical components prior to final QA.

work hours: 7:30 AM - 4 PM
