TT Electronics is seeking an Electronics Assembly Operator I to join our production team in Olathe, Kansas. In this entry-level role, you will help assemble electronic components and products for aerospace, defense, and other high-reliability markets.

No electronics experience is required;training is provided. You will read instructions, prepare wires, assemble components, and inspect workmanship while adhering to safety and manufacturing standards.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment performing repetitive tasks.
• Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to learn new skills and processes.
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, soldering, or inspection experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow work instructions and production drawings.
• Perform assembly operations such as wire preparation, taping, trimming, connector preparation, and material handling.
• Use hand tools and production equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect work for quality and workmanship standards.
• Follow established manufacturing processes and standard work.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work closely with team members and production leaders to meet customer requirements.
