TT Electronics is seeking an Electronics Assembly Operator I to join our production team in Olathe, Kansas. In this entry-level role, you'll help assemble electronic components and products that support customers in aerospace, defense, industrial, and other high-reliability markets.

No electronics experience is required. We provide training for individuals who are dependable, safety-focused, and eager to learn.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read and follow work instructions and production drawings.
• Perform assembly operations such as wire preparation, taping, trimming, connector preparation, and material handling.
• Use hand tools and production equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect work for quality and workmanship standards.
• Follow established manufacturing processes and standard work.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and production leaders to meet customer requirements.
