Kelly Services is seeking an Electronics Assembler for the 2nd shift in Middletown, PA. The role focuses on soldering and wiring of electronic components, terminal blocks, and related assemblies using blueprints and diagrams.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in soldering, electrical assembly, and careful, detail-oriented work with small parts. Onsite work with a strong emphasis on quality and precision.

Qualifications

• Experience with soldering and electrical assembly.
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Comfort working with small components and precise assembly.

Responsibilities

• Perform soldering and electrical assembly of components.
• Assemble terminal blocks, wiring, and related electrical components.
• Read and follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, drawings, and work instructions.
• Use soldering equipment and a variety of hand tools.
• Install, position, connect, and secure electrical components.
• Work with small parts requiring accuracy and dexterity.
• Measure and cut mounting rail to specifications.
• Compare assemblies to blueprints and customer specs.
• Inspect finished assemblies for quality and connections.
• Identify and report wiring or assembly issues.
