Job summary

Shellback Semiconductor Technologies is seeking an Assembly Technician Level 2 for the second shift (3:00 pm – 1:00 am) in Lehigh County, PA. The role focuses on electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic assembly, including decontamination of tools and hipot testing, and requires the ability to read and describe schematics and drawings.

You will perform point-to-point wiring, integrate sub-assemblies, and ensure precise assembly across multiple product lines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2.5 years as Assembly Technician – Level 1 or equivalent.
• Limited travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform point-to-point wiring of electrical assemblies to precise specifications.
• Integrate sub-assemblies and components into a tool build per instructions and to precise specs.
• Comprehend and use electrical and mechanical schematics, engineering releases, and flow plans.
• Mechanical and electrical understanding across product lines with limited support on one platform.
• Decontaminate assemblies and equipment.
• Mentor Assembly Technician – Level 1.
• Develop skills to be promoted to Assembly Technician – Level 3.
• Any other duties assigned by supervision.
