Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking an Electronic Assembler for a 6-month contract located in Indianapolis, IN, 46219. The 2nd shift can start between 1:30pm-3:30pm. You'll perform PCB soldering, wiring, and assembly, with potential for hire after the contract.

Requirements include 2 years in soldering or electronic assembly and a high school diploma or GED. On-site role with a comprehensive benefits package and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in soldering or electronic assembly.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.
• 1099 contractors and Corp-to-Corp arrangements will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Performs board and component preparation, soldering (through-hole and SMD), and touch-up.
• Operates machines for soldering, de-soldering, pressing, shaping, winding, and placing components.
• Assembles PCBs with through-hole and surface mount components.
• Performs modifications, upgrades, and component replacement on PCBs.
• Prepares wires and cables, performs point-to-point wiring, crimping, soldering, and harness assembly.
