Job summary

Creation Technologies is seeking an assembler in Everett, WA to assemble PCBs, electronic components, subassemblies, or systems following MPIs, drawings, and verbal instructions. This full-time role emphasizes quality and on-time delivery in a manufacturing setting.

Requirements include a high school diploma/GED or 6 months to 1 year of related experience; IPC A-610 knowledge is preferred. Soldering, tool handling, and basic math are part of daily tasks, with a starting pay of $22 per hour and

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED, or 6 months to 1 year of related experience.
Familiarity with calibrated tools for assembly and verification.
Soldering skills for PTH and SMT components.
Knowledge of IPC A-610 specifications preferred.
Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and documents.
Good manual dexterity and ability to stay seated for long periods.

Responsibilities

Reads and performs tasks per MPIs, drawings, and verbal instructions.
Works within production schedules and quality goals.
Performs complex assembly tasks, post-wave processes, soldering, and basic rework as needed.
Follows ESD procedures and material handling guidelines.
Communicates effectively and supports team objectives.
