Job summary

Bose Corporation is seeking an Electronics Assembler to build precision electronic products and subassemblies, including PCBs and glass front panels, from detailed work instructions and BOMs. The role emphasizes accuracy, manual dexterity, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in electronics, mechanical, precision, or manufacturing assembly preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, assembly drawings, diagrams, and bills of materials.
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and hand–eye coordination.
• Experience in an electronics manufacturing or ESD‑controlled environment is preferred.
• IPC certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic products, PCBs, glass front panels, and mechanical subassemblies per work instructions and BOMs.
• Install electronic components, connectors, brackets, buttons, and small parts with precision.
• Identify, orient, and insert components with correct values, polarity, and placement.
• Follow quality procedures; perform visual inspections and document finished work.
• Maintain traceability and documentation for operations and components.
