LaborMAX Staffing is seeking detail‑oriented team members for an Assembly position in Oak Harbor, WA. You will assemble electronic components, use hand tools, and inspect products for quality, following written instructions in a clean manufacturing environment.

Starting pay is $17.50 per hour with paid on‑the‑job training, full‑time hours, and overtime opportunities. No electronics experience is required—reliable candidates ready to learn are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality demonstrated by consistent on‑time performance in prior roles.
• Strong attention to detail with careful handling of components and assemblies.
• Good hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity for precise work.
• Ability to follow written instructions and quality procedures.
• Ability to distinguish colors used in electronic components.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and handle electronic components and circuit boards.
• Use hand tools and production equipment to build devices.
• Inspect products for quality and defects throughout the line.
• Follow written work instructions and safety procedures.
• Perform detailed, repetitive work with accuracy.
• Assist in areas such as assembly, soldering, SMT, inspection, testing, coating, or kitting.

Shift: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
