Job Title: Assembly Operator
Location: Newburyport, MA
Employment Type: Temp-to-hire
Shifts & Rates:

• 1st Shift: Approx. 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | Up to $21.50/hr

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Mon–Fri) | $19.50 – $22.00/hr + 10% shift differential

• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Sun–Thurs) | $19.50 – $21.50/hr + 20% shift differential

Responsibilities:

• Operate microelectronics assembly equipment per work instructions

• Use microscopes and hand tools to inspect and assemble delicate components

• Process semiconductor wafers, die, and chips according to military/JEDEC standards

• Maintain cleanroom standards while working in Bunny Suit attire

• Follow SOPs and record production data accurately

• Adhere to safety and quality guidelines in a team-oriented environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English

• Reliable transportation to Newburyport, MA

• Comfortable working in a cleanroom and wearing a Bunny Suit

• Previous experience in cleanroom, semiconductor, or manual assembly is a plus
