Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics in Lynnwood, WA is seeking an Electronics Assembler II on a contract-to-hire basis. The role involves performing assembly tasks to manufacture aerospace products, following military and other assembly standards, and communicating across the value stream while inspecting components.

Candidates should have 2–5 years of manufacturing assembly experience, knowledge of materials and production processes, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes and quality control.
• Strong communication skills; ability to read and interpret documents.
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow written instructions.
• Eligible for access to Controlled Data; ITAR considerations apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned assembly tasks following standards and work instructions.
• Prepare, inspect, and assemble components, subassemblies, and final products.
• Operate equipment and maintain safe work practices per OSHA and policy.
• Document work and report any quality issues or NCRs to supervision.
• Participate in team meetings for process improvement and 5S.
• Support in troubleshooting and resolution of non-conformance reports.
