iNRCORE Group in Arcade, NY is hiring for an Assembler I at Gowanda BTI facility. The role supports the assembly and production of magnetic and electronic components. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and reliable, with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

The position is full-time with a standard 5:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule. We offer growth opportunities, compliance with 5S/ESD, and a collaborative manufacturing team in a high-reliability setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic mechanical or electrical aptitude and safe work practices.
• Ability to follow written instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic assembly using hand tools, jigs, and fixtures.
• Follow detailed work instructions and visual aids for routine assembly.
• Complete tasks such as wire stripping, trimming leads, soldering, and winding.
• Conduct basic inspections using calipers, micrometers, or multimeters.
• Assist with material handling and inventory tracking.
