The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, basic mechanical/electrical aptitude, strong attention to detail, and reliable teamwork. The position offers a 40‑hour week with early morning shifts and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic mechanical or electronic assembly using hand tools, jigs, and fixtures.
• Follow detailed work instructions, routers, and visual aids for routine assembly processes.
• Complete tasks such as wire stripping, lead trimming, simple soldering, coil winding, potting, encapsulation, and labeling.
• Conduct basic inspections using calipers, micrometers, magnifiers, multimeters, or other standard measurement tools.
• Assist with basic functional testing and record results accurately.
• Identify and report defects, documentation inaccuracies, or equipment concerns.
• Maintain a clean, 5S-compliant, and safe work area; support material handling and inventory tracking.
