We currently have an opening for Assembler I in our Gowanda BTI facility, located in Arcade, NY. This position is critical to the success of our manufacturing operations and will support the assembly and production of magnetic and electronic components. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, dependable, and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced production environment.
The position of Assembler I will be responsible for performing basic assembly, fabrication, and inspection of electronic components and subassemblies. This role follows established work instructions, safety standards, and quality procedures to ensure consistent, reliable, and high-quality product output. Work is performed under close supervision with continuous skill development.
Full-time, 40 hours per week. Our facility operates from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Production employees typically work an 8-hour shift beginning between 5:00 AM and 8:00 AM. Employees may choose a start time within that range; however, once selected, the shift schedule is consistent and not flexible on a day-to-day basis.
