Job summary

Kelly is seeking detail-focused Electronics Assemblers in Middletown, PA to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble, wire, solder, inspect, and test electronic components, working with PCBs, wires, cables, and batteries while following precise instructions.

Experience in electronics assembly and soldering is strongly encouraged, with PCB and electrical testing as valued pluses. Join a team committed to quality and safety in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Previous electronics assembly, electrical assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
• Soldering experience is highly preferred.
• Experience working with circuit boards/PCBs is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and electrical components according to work instructions.
• Work with circuit boards (PCBs), wires, cables, connectors, terminals, batteries, and electronic components.
• Perform soldering and basic electrical connections.
• Assemble and connect wiring and electronic components.
• Perform electrical, functional, and battery testing using designated testing equipment.
• Inspect circuit boards, solder joints, wiring, and connections for quality.
• Identify defective components or improper connections.
• Use hand tools and basic electrical testing equipment.
• Follow drawings, diagrams, specifications, and detailed assembly instructions.
• Document testing results and production information accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Meet established quality and production standards.
