You will ensure safety, maintain clean work areas, and contribute to a collaborative team focused on improving product flow and reducing scrap. Strong attention to detail and hands-on soldering skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform intricate electrical and/or mechanical assembly.
• Must complete hands-on solder training during probation.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly operations per procedures and standards.
• Follow safety and ESD guidelines.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Contribute to teamwork and product flow.
• Inspect with QC per procedures and standards.
• Document errors via NCRs and QFs.
